Frequently Asked Questions

What is mead?

Mead is honey wine; honey is used as fermentable sugar instead of grapes. It ranges from sweet to dry depending on how it is fermented. Our mead is unique in that it is never too sweet or dry. Its perfect balance comes from the meticulous monitoring and our own unique brewing process. MeadKrieger mead is also gluten-free!
